1. The Start Page is where the FormBuilder System collects your Form's basic information,
Browser Title, the name you will use to track the form, a password for this form, a Header,
and the selection of what you want to do with the form (see options below).
2. Your e-mail address is needed to be able to deliver the form, css, and javascript
library to. It is also needed to Log In and find all the forms you are currently working on.
3. In the top menu, you can also set your form Defaults.
4. When finished with your field selections and options, click "Start Form".
5. You will then be brought to the Main Menu screen to build & add your fields. Each time
you click "Add Entry" the data for that field will be added to the system and you will be returned
to the Main Menu screen to add more fields, edit the form (which takes you to a list of fields),
Preview your form, Deliver the form, or Quit.
6. At anytime you can click the Preview tab to preview your form. You can also review our
Examples & Tips at any time.
7. At anytime you can scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Reset to start
your field entry over (Cautionary Note: ALL fields will be reset, even ones on panels that you can't see).
8. To have your form and other files delivered to you, select under "Form - Deliver form" option
and the system will build your form and zip all files together and send as an attachment to the
e-mail address you entered when starting the form.
9. You may return and "Log In" to the system, entering your e-mail address, the system
will lookup all available forms still active and tell you how many days you have left
to complete work on them. You may return as much as you like within 45 days to get another copy
of your form without additional charge.
10. After 45 days, your form will be archived and available for a nomimal fee.
11. During the building of your form, you can change the Defaults at any time. All the fields
you create AFTER changing the Defaults will use the NEW settings.
